Kyle Taylor
Founder/CEO
As the Founder and CEO of Taycora Capital, Kyle Taylor is a visionary leader responsible for driving the strategic direction of the company, as well as overseeing deal sourcing and capital raising efforts, and building a high-performing team.
Kyle’s extensive experience in the real estate industry has been integral to Taycora’s success, having been involved in over $650 million in real estate deals. His expertise in risk management and insurance, along with his experience as a lead broker and founder of Taycora Advisors, has enabled him to excel in all investment and operational decisions at Taycora Capital.
With a degree in Risk Management & Insurance from the Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia, Kyle has the necessary skills to navigate complex real estate transactions and provide strategic guidance to his team. His extensive experience in real estate investing and exceptional leadership abilities make him a trusted partner for investors looking to maximize their returns and minimize risk.
Casey Lambert
Managing Partner
Casey is an accomplished financial professional with a background in financial valuation and capital raising. He joined Taycora in 2021 after spending two years in the Equity Capital Markets group at Truist Bank. After joining Taycora, Casey focused on underwriting potential investment opportunities and investment sales at Taycora Advisors before helping to launch Taycora Capital.
Casey graduated from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School in 2019 with a degree in Accounting and Finance. At Taycora Capital, Casey is responsible for sourcing and evaluating investment opportunities, negotiating and structuring investments, overseeing investment operations, and managing capital raising and investor relations.
Casey’s financial expertise and analytical skills enable him to make informed investment decisions that drive positive results for Taycora and its investors. He works closely with the team to identify high-potential investment opportunities and conducts thorough due diligence to ensure the investments align with Taycora’s investment strategy.
With Casey leading Taycora’s investment decisions and financial underwriting, investors can trust that their investments are in capable hands. Taylor Mason
Director of Acquisitions
Taylor Mason joined Taycora in 2021 as an investment sales advisor with a focus on multifamily asset sales across Georgia. Within his first year, Taylor was instrumental in closing nearly $30M in multifamily transactions. When Taycora Capital formally launched in 2023, Taylor advanced to Director of Acquisitions, where he now spearheads the firm’s investment pipeline by cultivating key brokerage relationships and managing Taycora’s proprietary deal origination efforts.
Prior to Taycora, Taylor spent over three years in corporate finance, advising middle-market business owners on M&A and valuation strategies. Following his time in finance, he co-founded a financial technology startup in Atlanta, further expanding his entrepreneurial and leadership skill set.
Taylor’s diverse background in corporate finance, entrepreneurship, and multifamily brokerage equips him with a unique perspective at Taycora. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from Kennesaw State University in 2012 with a degree in Finance.
Britney Spires
Vice President of Investor Relations
Britney Spires joined Taycora in 2017 and currently serves as Vice President of Investor
Relations, where she excels in due diligence coordination and project administration. Before
joining Taycora, Britney spent seven years in property management, overseeing a luxury mixed- use condominium in Buckhead, Atlanta. She later founded her own personal concierge business, catering to entrepreneurs in the real estate, interior design, hospitality, and marketing sectors.
Her diverse experiences have shaped a unique skill set that enhances Taycora’s ability to
streamline processes and deliver exceptional results. Britney is a licensed real estate
professional and a graduate of Georgia State University. Outside of her professional role, she is a devoted wife, mother, and advocate for community development.
